Kits in original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price — whether that's your whole order or just the sealed kits left in it (see partial returns below). Email support@thefitkitco.com with your order number to start a return and receive return instructions.

For food-safety and FDA compliance reasons, any individual kit that has been torn open cannot be returned or refunded — once a sealed supplement leaves our custody we can't verify how it was stored. This is standard across the supplement industry and it exists to protect you.

Because every FitKit is individually sealed inside your box, you don't have to keep 30 kits to try 3. Open the box, use what you want, and if it isn't for you, send back the kits that are still sealed within 30 days for a prorated refund at the per-kit price you paid.

Example: you bought a 30-Kit Box at $159.99 ($5.33 per kit) and used 3. Return the 27 sealed kits and you're refunded 27 × $5.33 = $143.91. You keep the 3 you tried for $16.08. Original shipping is non-refundable and you cover return shipping.

Partial returns are limited to one per customer — after that, standard full-order rules apply.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you and you keep or discard the original — no return shipping required. This is on us, not you.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend a trackable method — we can't refund a package that never arrives. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or incorrect orders are exempt: we cover everything.

Cancel, pause, or skip anytime from your account before your next renewal date — no cancellation fee, no phone call required. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled, but they fall under the standard 30-day unopened return policy.

Presale orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. The $1 VIP deposit is fully refundable on request. Once shipped, the standard 30-day policy applies.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Supplement manufacturing runs on minimum order quantities. Pre-orders tell us exactly how much to produce and fund the first run — which is why founders pricing is meaningfully below what retail will be. You're not just buying early, you're making it exist.

The $1 VIP deposit is charged when you reserve and is fully refundable at any time. Your balance is charged when you complete your order during the founders window. Shipping is calculated at checkout by your zip code.

Target fulfillment is approximately 8 weeks after the founders window closes — production, quality testing, packing, then shipping. You'll get honest progress updates along the way, including if something slips. Late beats silent.

Retail prices will be higher after public launch. Founding Members lock their monthly subscription rate for life — it never increases, regardless of what retail becomes. That's the whole point of being early.

Every FitKit is one connected package with three sealed pouches. Tear one before you train, tear two when you finish, tear three to recover through the day. When the strip is gone, the day is done. No tubs, no scoops, no guessing.

The Protein & Oats pouch comes two ways. FitKit Lean — Vanilla Bean, sweetened only with stevia and monk fruit, zero sugar. FitKit Flavored — Choc Oat, with 3–4g of real cane sugar and a monk fruit finish, no artificial sweeteners ever. Same 25g native whey and fine-milled oats in both.

Because the kit is one connected unit, every added flavor multiplies rather than adds — three pre-workout flavors times two protein lines times three recovery flavors would mean eighteen separate kit versions. We'd rather perfect a few than half-develop many. Launch flavors: Blue Raspberry pre-workout, Choc Oat or Vanilla Bean protein, Tropical Punch recovery.

Once the first run sells through, we start releasing flavors one at a time — Fruit Punch and Sour Watermelon pre-workout, Peanut Butter and Cookies & Cream protein, Blue Raspberry and Strawberry Lemonade recovery. Then you'll build a fully custom strip: pick your pre-workout flavor, your protein line, and your recovery flavor independently. Waitlist members get first access to every new flavor drop.

You give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history when you join our waitlist, place an order, or contact support. Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, via cookies and similar technologies. We never see your full payment card number — payments are processed directly by our payment provider.

To process and ship your orders, send order and shipping confirmations, provide customer support, send marketing emails you've opted into, prevent fraud, improve our site and products, and meet legal obligations.

Only service providers who need it to do their job: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email marketing platform, and analytics providers. We may disclose information if required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure site performance and advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may stop working properly.

Our products are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Our pre-workout contains caffeine — do not combine with other caffeine sources or use if sensitive to stimulants. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience adverse effects.

We work hard to describe products accurately, but colors, packaging, and formulations may vary slightly. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including presale and promotional orders — with a full refund.

Your order is an offer we may accept or decline. Shipping is calculated at checkout and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. You're responsible for providing an accurate address; we're not liable for packages delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval and price until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method each cycle. Cancel, pause, or skip any time before your next renewal from your account or by emailing support. Founding Member rates remain locked for the life of an active, uninterrupted subscription; cancelling ends the locked rate.

Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
